Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a form of relaxation, like sleep, where the therapist communicates suggestions to the conscious mind to be acted upon by the unconscious mind to help bring about improvements or positive change in the person’s life. Suggestions can be used either directly or indirectly to be acted upon during and after therapy.

Consultations & Sessions

An initial consultation can be carried out by a confidential chat on the telephone and an appointment will then be scheduled for up to one hour.

If an initial face-to-face appointment is requested then a 45-minute session will be given at a charge of £30, which includes a brief introductory hypnotherapy session.

A stop smoking cessation session lasts for up to one and a half hours. More deep-rooted issues may require between 6 and 8 sessions. All other sessions last for up to 1 hour and the number of sessions will depend on the individual and situation.
