Reiki is a Japanese word for “universal wisdom Life energy”. It is a powerful tool for healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level creating a balance and enhancing personal growth. Reiki is one of the easiest and most effective methods of natural healing and can be learned by anyone. Reiki can be learned and used by anyone from any religion or belief system as it is merely using the life energy, light, chi, prana and all you need is an intention to us it and be attuned by an officially trained Reiki Master.
Reiki is used for help with healing the body, mind, spirit, works on causes of illness, releases stress and anxiety, helps develop a positive attitude, balances energy and chakras, increases energy, enhances personal growth and expands creativity and these benefits can be experienced by the person receiving the Reiki and also by the practitioner. Merely by giving a Reiki treatment the practitioner will be recieving the benefits according to what the person needs as the chi or prana is flowing through the practitioner whilst performing the session.
After completing Levels 1 & 11 Reiki the next progressive step is the Masters Attunement which will enhance your Reiki energy threefold. There are no time limits between courses, you will feel driven to take the next course once your soul is ready.

A guided meditation, HeartMath Breathing Technique to create a heart and brain coherence, Chakra’s including a meditation, description of a Reiki attunement from a medium and clairvoyant, Master Attunement, Master Symbol and uses, Reiki Grid, Antakharan ancient symbol of healing, psychic surgery, Zero Point Field and healing, Seven properties of Life Force, Working with Angels, Powerful closing meditation. Reiki share if time permitting at the end.
